Good Morning everyone! This is a program that looks like it could be extremely helpful. However, it’s one that I can’t try for you beforehand. The reason? Right now, courteous.ly only works with Gmail. My Gmail box is well under control, and I hardly ever use it. So any test I run wouldn’t really tell you anything.
The point of this new program is that it gives people who email you a real-time look at how overloaded your inbox is. If they know you’re in the weeds, they can choose try again when you’ve got a better handle on things. Here’s an article about it:
